As a first-time mom on my first Mother’s Day, I’m drawn to the classics. A classic gift will outlast any trend and fit any price point. It will hold value over time – even if that value is heavily weighted towards sentimental.

And my wishlist of 2019 Mother’s Day gifts include classics that are:

This requires a bit of advance-planning, but any gift that shows off kid(s) name(s) will win every single time with mom. Personal pieces are also conversation starters, and every mother loves an excuse to brag about their pookies.

3. Maternal

“Mom,” “Mama,” or “Mommy”…the title might as well be Madam President. Motherhood brings on waves of pride that border on narcissism – but without the bad rap.
